1. Sekmēt tautas dzīvesziņas un veselīga dzīvesveida attīstību caur latviešu tradīcijām.
2. Veicināt veselības nostiprināšanu ar dabiskās dziedniecības metodēm. 3. Veicināt dabas un miera pieejamību pilsētniekiem un lauku ļaudīm. 4. Tuvināt un harmonizēt cilvēku ar dabu. 5. Dot iespēju aktīvi pavadīt brīvo laiku mierpilnā lauku vidē. 6. Sadarboties ar citām valstiskajām un nevalstiskajām organizācijām no Latvijas un arī starptautiskajā līmenī. 7. Veicināt tūrisma attīstību Viesītes novadā, piesaistīt ārzemniekus iepazīstinot ar latviešu tradīcijām. |
