Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas, kas atrodas Rīgā, Miera ielā 82 k1, (turpmāk - Māja) ēkas, koplietošanas telpu un Mājai piekritīgās zemes apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām un ievērojot kopsapulcēs pieņemtos lēmumus, kā arī pārstāvēt Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopību jautājumos, kas saistīti ar Mājas kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
veicināt Mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā un šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanu; sekmēt efektīvu saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar Mājas apsaimniekošanu un pārvaldīšanu, atbilstoši Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības kolektīvajām interesēm. |
