Operational objectives

1. Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas Rīgā, Bauskas ielā 15 (turpmāk - Ēka) un tai pieguļošā zemes gabala labu pārvaldīšanu, apsaimniekošanu, uzturēšanu un atjaunošanu;
2. Dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības pilnvarojuma ietvaros izstrādāt un īstenot Ēkas konservācijas, remonta, atjaunošanas un rekonstrukcijas projektus, tai skaitā organizēt un koordinēt būvdarbus, projektēšanu, iepirkumus un citas ar Ēkas atjaunošanu saistītas aktivitātes;
3. Pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašnieku intereses attiecībās ar valsts un pašvaldību institūcijām, būvvaldi, uzraugošajām, izmeklēšanas un tiesībsargājošajām iestādēm, finanšu institūcijām, būvniecības un projektēšanas, un citiem uzņēmumiem, kas nepieciešami biedrības mērķu īstenošanai, kā arī piesaistīt juridisko un cita veida palīdzību biedrības mērķu sasniegšanai;
4. Atbilstoši dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības pilnvarojumam, piesaistīt finanšu līdzekļus no komerciestādēm t.sk. valsts finanšu instrumenta ALTUM programmām un izmantot valsts, ES un Rīgas valstspilsētas pašvaldības piedāvātos atbalsta mehānismus, lai īstenotu Ēkas remonta un rekonstrukcijas darbu projektus, t.sk. Ēkas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanai un Ēkas un tai pieguļošās teritorijas tehniskā stāvokļa uzlabošanai;
5. Veikt citas darbības, kas atbilst Biedrības mērķim un nav pretrunā ar Latvijas Republikas likumiem.
