1.Apvienot transporta līdzekļu novietņu lietotājus un tiesiskos valdītājus Ziepniekkalna apkaimē, un ne tikai. Apvienot un pārstāvēt garāžu boksu īpašniekus, tiesiskos valdītājus un lietotājus adresē: Rīga, Valdeķu iela 75;
2.Aizstāvēt un pārstāvēt Biedrības biedru tiesiskās un saimnieciskās intereses attiecībās ar zemes īpašniekiem, valsts un pašvaldību iestādēm un citām trešajām personām; 3.Organizēt un nodrošināt koplietošanas komunikāciju (tostarp elektroapgādes), teritorijas un koplietošanas tīklu uzturēšanu, apsaimniekošanu un attīstību. |
