Operational objectives

Palīdzēt pilsētas jauniešiem lietderīgi izmantot brīvo laiku, dodot pilsētas un novada jaunajiem rokmūziķiem iespēju realizēt sevi:
-organizēt rokkoncertus Daugavpils un novada jauniešu grupām;
-organizēt pilsētas un Latgales zonas rokgrupu konkursus;
Veicināt jauniešu interesi par mūsdienu mūziku, attīstot viņu radošās un intelektuālās spējas:
-organizēt skolu jaunatnei, kurā viņi var demonstrēt savu izdomu un dejotprasmi, konkursu "POP CLIP";
Iepazīstināt jaunatni ar labākajiem pasaules rok-kultūras paraugiem un attīstīt muzikālo gaumi:
-rīkot muzikālās viktorīnas;
-rīkot muzikālo "Rock Cafe".
