Operational objectives

sabiedriskā masu medija organizēšana, veidošana un atbalstīšana Liepājas reģionā kā visas sabiedrības interešu paudēju un aizstāvi, sabiedrības izglītības un audzināšanas funkciju veicēju, atsevišķu indivīdu un grupu sociālpolitiskās aktivitātes un pilsoniskas apziņas veicinātāju kā vienu no demokratizācijas, plurālistiskas, pilsoniskas sabiedrības un tiesiskas valsts veidošanas procesa pamatiem;
Eiropas sabiedrisko raidorganizāciju savienības (EBU) pieņemto sabiedriskā masu medija ideju un principu paušana, sludināšana Liepājas reģiona masu informācijas (saziņas) līdzekļu vidū, to ieinteresēšana un iesaistīšana sabiedriskā medija un Biedrības darbībā;
ar sabiedrībā aktuālo, nepieciešamo jautājumu saistīto, bet nerentablo preses izdevumu, radio un televīzijas raidījumu veidošanas un izplatīšanas veicināšana, atbalstīšana;
masu informācijas (saziņas) līdzekļu darbinieku, neatkarīgo producentu un žurnālistu izglītības veicināšana;
veicināt, dibināt un uzturēt starptautiskus sakarus, it īpaši ar radniecīgām organizācijām, izveidot nepieciešamo informatīvo un materiāli tehnisko bāzi - informācijas centru.
