Izstrādāt un veicināt stratēģiju kreditoru tiesību aizsardzībai, balstoties uz taisnīguma principa;
Vērsties valsts un pašvaldību institūcijās, kā arī tiesās, un aizstāvēt savu biedru un citu personu tiesības vai ar likumu aizsargātās intereses; Nodrošināt savu biedru un citu personu interešu pārstāvniecību, izmantojot juridiskos, ekonomiskos un politiskos ietekmēšanas līdzekļus; Veicināt biedrības ilgtermiņa attīstību, kā arī sekmēt demokrātiskas un pilsoniskas sabiedrības nostiprināšanu; Nodrošināt aktīvu pilsonisko līdzdalību un demokrātisku viedokļu apmaiņu publiskajā telpā.
