Projektēšanas, servisa organizāciju un meistaru apvienošana apkures sistēmas jomā pakalpojumu kvalitātes paaugstināšanas nolūkā;
Servisa organizāciju un meistaru aizstāvēšana valsts un nevalstiskajās institūcijās; Servisa centru organizācija Baltijā; Normatīvo aktu izpildīšanas veicināšana apkures sistēmu ekspluatācijas un remonta gaitā; Investoru un Eiropas fondu līdzekļu piesaistīšana apkures sistēmas modernizācijai ar nolūku mazināt enerģijas patēriņu un kaitīgus izmetumus atmosfērā; Apkures sistēmu kvalificēto speciālistu mācību centra dibināšana un uzturēšana ar tiesībām izdot valsts atbalstītus dokumentus par apmācību; Apkures sistēmu servisa apkalpošanas jomā jaunatnes piesaistīšana; Servisa organizāciju un meistaru pakalpojumu cenu sakārtošana; Neatkarīgu ekspertu grupas izveidošana strīdīgo jautājumu mediācijai. |
