1.Veicināt pilsoniskās sabiedrības attīstību, demokrātijas izglītošanu un informācijas atklātību Kaukāza republikās;
2.Pievērst vispārējās sabiedrības uzmanību demokrātijas problēmām Kaukāza republikās ar masu mediju starpniecību;
3.Veicināt diskusiju par demokrātijas un pilsoniskās sabiedrības problēmām Kaukāza republikās;
4.Sadarboties ar starptautiskajām un citu valstu žurnālistu organizācijām, kā arī citām mediju industrijas intereses pārstāvošām organizācijām;
5.Aizstāvēt biedru intereses.
