| Operational objectives |
Nodrošināt dzīvojamās mājas Rīgā, Aptiekas ielā 17B, turpmāk - Dzīvojamā māja, attīstību, pārvaldību un apsaimniekošanu, ekspluatāciju un uzturēšanu atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, tai skaitā:
1.1. siltumenerģijas, arī dabasgāzes, piegāde, ūdensapgādes un kanalizācijas pakalpojumu nodrošināšana Dzīvojamajai mājai, sadzīves atkritumu izvešana, slēdzot attiecīgu līgumu ar pakalpojuma sniedzēju; 1.2. elektroenerģijas nodrošināšana Dzīvojamās mājas kopīpašumā esošajai daļai (arī kopīpašumā esošo iekārtu darbības nodrošināšanai); 1.3. Dzīvojamās mājas, tajā esošo iekārtu un komunikāciju apsekošana, tehniskā apkope un kārtējais remonts; 1.4. Dzīvojamās mājas energoefektivitātei izvirzīto minimālo prasību izpildes nodrošināšana. 2. Veicināt Dzīvojamās mājas uzlabošanu visā to ekspluatācijas laikā. 3. Nodrošināt ikvienas Dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanas procesa nepārtrauktību. 4. Saglabāt un attīstīt Dzīvojamo māju kā vides estētisko objektu. 5. Dzīvojamās mājas ekspluatācijas laikā novērst ar sabiedrības un vides drošību saistītus riskus. 6. Pilnveidot Dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanā iesaistīto personu kvalifikāciju, lai uzlabotu pārvaldīšanas darba organizāciju un efektivitāti. |
