1.Piedalīties un realizēt projektu daudzdzīvokļu mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā adresē: Jelgavas ielā 2, Preiļos, Preiļu novadā.
2.Veikt piegādātāju (būvkomersanta, autoruzrauga, būvuzrauga vai citu piegādātāju) un projekta finansētāja/aizdevēja atlasi daudzdzīvokļu mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā. 3.Ar dzīvokļa īpašnieku Jelgavas ielā 2, Preiļos, Preiļu novadā lēmumu uzņemties pilnvarnieka pienākumus un tiesības rīkoties dzīvokļu īpašnieku vārdā. 4.Piedalīties un realizēt citus Eiropas Savienības, nacionālos, pašvaldības līdzfinansētos projektus daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai energoefektivitātes pasākumu ietvaros un daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai, ja daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamā māja, tās daļa, atsevišķu tehnisko sistēmu vai elementu stāvoklis normatīvajos aktos noteiktajā kārtībā atzīts par bīstamu cilvēku dzīvībai vai veselībai. 5.Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt biedrības biedru tiesības un intereses. |
