| Operational objectives |
1. Piedalīties un realizēt projektus daudzdzīvokļu mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā adresē: Hipokrāta iela 47, Rīgā.
2. Veikt piegādātāju (būvkomersanta, autoruzrauga, būvuzrauga vai citu piegādātāju) un projekta finansētāja/aizdevēja atlasi daudzdzīvokļu mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā. 3. Ar dzīvokļa īpašnieku Hipokrāta iela 47, Rīgā lēmumu uzņemties pilnvarnieka pienākumus un tiesības rīkoties dzīvokļu īpašnieku vārdā. 4. Piedalīties un realizēt citus Eiropas Savienības, nacionālos, pašvaldības līdzfinansētos projektus daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai energoefektivitātes pasākumu ietvaros un daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai, ja daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamā māja, tās daļa, atsevišķu tehnisko sistēmu vai elementu stāvoklis normatīvajos aktos noteiktajā kārtībā atzīts par bīstamu cilvēku dzīvībai vai veselībai. 5. Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt biedrības biedru tiesības un intereses. 6. Rīkoties dzīvokļu īpašnieku ilgtermiņa interesēs- apsverot, apkopojot, apspriežot un salīdzinot informāciju saistībā ar iespējām mājas ilgtspējīgas attīstības nodrošināšanai. 7. Realizēt ilgtspējības attīstību Hipokrātu ielā 47, pārstāvot dzīvokļu īpašnieku intereses, ar redzējumu samazināt mājas kopējās uzturēšanas izmaksas un pēc iespējas palielinātu mājas iedzīvotāju komforta līmeni, veicinot ekoloģisko mērķu sasniegšanai nepieciešamās aktivitātes. |
