| Operational objectives |
Biedrības mērķis ir nodrošināt tās pārvaldīšanā nodotās dzīvojamās mājas, tās kopīpašuma daļas un funkcionāli saistīto būvju Rīgā, Čiekurkalna 5.šķērslīnijā 17, pārvaldību, apsaimniekošanu un attīstību:
2.1. nodrošināt pienācīgu pārvaldību un uzturēšanu; 2.2. nodrošināt tehnisko ekspluatāciju, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas kārtību; 2.3. nodrošināt piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanu, izmantošanu un attīstību; 2.4. apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu un teritorijas uzturēšanu, izmantošanu un attīstību; 2.5. nepieciešamības gadījumā par apsaimniekotāju vai pārvaldnieku Biedrība var pieaicināt fizisku vai juridisku personu, noslēdzot atbilstošu līgumu; 2.6. Biedrības pieņemtie lēmumi ir saistoši ikvienam dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļa īpašniekam, arī tam, kurš nav Biedrības biedrs. |
