| Operational objectives | Veicināt dzīvojamās mājas Satezeles ielā 4, Siguldā, Siguldas novadā (turpmāk - Māja) uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tā ekspluatācijas laikā. Organizēt Mājas pārvaldīšanu, apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehnisko ekspluatāciju, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību, kā arī apmierināt biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar Mājas koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu. Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašnieku un iedzīvotāju intereses, t.sk. biedrības biedru tiesības un intereses. | ||||||
