Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas, kas atrodas Čiekurkalna 1. līnija 55A, Rīga (turpmāk - Māja) ēku, koplietošanas telpu un zemesgabala, uz kura atrodas Māja un ar to funkcionāli saistītās ēkas, apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopību jautājumos, kas saistīti ar Mājas kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
veicināt Mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā un šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanu saistītās darbības; sekmēt efektīvu saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar Mājas apsaimniekošanu un pārvaldīšanu, atbilstoši Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības kolektīvajām interesēm. |
