Sniegt atbalstu Krievijas izraisītajā karā cietušajiem Ukrainas
zinātniekiem un studējošajiem un palīdzēt nodrošināt Ukrainas zinātnes nepārtrauktību, kā arī stiprināt tās klātbūtni starptautiskajā zinātnes kopienā; apkopot un izplatīt informāciju par starptautisko atbalstu, kas pieejams Ukrainas zinātniekiem un studējošajiem; informēt starptautisko zinātnes kopienu, politikas veidotājus, finansēšanas institūcijas un starptautiskās organizācijas par Ukrainas zinātnei nepieciešamajiem atbalsta veidiem; veidot sadarbību ar Ukrainas un starptautiskajām akadēmiskajām institūcijām, pētniecības organizācijām un iniciatīvām, kas atbalsta riskam pakļautos zinātniekus, lai kopīgi sniegtu atbalstu Ukrainas zinātniskajai un akadēmiskajai kopienai; piesaistīt finansējumu Ukrainas zinātnieku atbalstam. |
