1. Daudzdzīvokļu mājas "Atmodas" apsaimniekošana Jaunpils pagastā, Tukuma novadā.
2. Biedrības biedru pašpalīdzības, atbildības un saimnieka sajūtas veicināšana par mājas un tās apkārtnes uzturēšanu. 3. Veicināt dzīvojamās vides labiekārtošanu un teritoriju uzturēšanu, labklājības, dzīves apstākļu uzlabošanu sabiedrībai kopumā, lai uzlabotu dzīves kvalitāti, rosinot apkārtējo sabiedrību meklēt jaunus risinājumus. 4. Sadarboties ar pašvaldību un iesaistīties projektos, koordinēt un piesaistīt finansiālos, materiālos un cita veida likumīgos resursus dzīvojamās mājas "Atmodas" apsaimniekošanas uzlabošanai. |
