1.Nodrošināt tās pārvaldīšanā un apsaimniekošanā nodotā nekustamā īpašuma, kas atrodas Zvejnieku ielā 9, Rīgā, turpmāk - "Nekustamais īpašuma", pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehnisko ekspluatāciju, dzīvojamo, neapdzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību, kā arī apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu;
2.Slēgt ar fiziskām un/vai juridiskām personām, kā arī valsts un pašvaldību iestādēm saimnieciskā un cita rakstura līgumus, kas saistīti ar Nekustamā īpašuma pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu, kā arī uzraudzīt un kontrolēt šo līgumu izpildes gaitu, izgatavot pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas darbu un procesu plānus, budžetus, tāmes, ar mērķi nodrošināt augstu dzīves kvalitāti Nekustamajā īpašumā. |
