| Operational objectives |
Veicināt ugunsdrošību ražotnēs, sabiedriskajās ēkās un dzīvojamās ēkās;
Veicināt iedzīvotājus darboties apkārtējās vides sakārtošanai, saglabāšanai un novadu teritorijas attīstībai; Sadarboties ar Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienestu (VUGD); Organizēt ugunsgrēku novēršanas profilaktiskos pasākumus un veicināt Biedrības biedru prasmīgu darbību ugunsgrēku dzēšanā un glābšanos darbos; Veikt profilaktiskos un organizatoriskos pasākumus ugunsgrēku un nelaimes gadījumu novēršanai sabiedriskajās ēkās, ražotnēs un dzīvojamā sektorā; Informēt un apmācīt iedzīvotājus ugunsdrošības un civilās aizsardzības jautājumos; Organizēt bērnu un jauniešu izglītošanu drošības jautājumos; Organizēt seminārus, lekcijas un konsultācijas ugunsdrošības un civilās aizsardzības jomā; Sadarboties ar pašvaldības institūcijām un sabiedriskajām organizācijām biedrības mērķu īstenošanai; Biedrības valdījumā vai īpašumā esošās mantas apsaimniekošana; Iesaistīties dažādu projektu izstrādāšanā un ieviešanā, piesaistot ziedojumus, saņemot atbalstu un finansējumu ES un citu fondu ietvaros biedrības mērķu sasniegšanai, piedalīšanās NVO sadarbības programmās; Piesaistīt līdzekļus no Latvijas un ārvalstu organizācijām un uzņēmumiem, biedrības mērķu īstenošanai un citas statūtos paredzētās darbības. |
