| Operational objectives |
Biedrības mērķis ir nodrošināt dzīvojamā nama Liepu ielā 15, Rūjienā, Valmieras novadā, LV-4240, (turpmāk tekstā - Māja) apsaimniekošanu un pārvaldīšanu, kas sevī ietver:
-nodrošināt pienācīgu uzturēšanu, nosakot tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību; -veikt pasākumus, lai pagarinātu Mājas un tās atsevišķu elementu, konstrukciju un sistēmu dzīvesciklu, kā arī saglabāt to lietošanas īpašības; -veikt pasākumus, lai samazinātu tehnisko sistēmu izraisītus pārtraukumus pakalpojumu sniegšanā, nepieļaut ēkas konstrukciju defektu rašanos, samazināt ugunsbīstamības un citus ar telpu vides drošību saistītos riskus; -noteikt pasākumus, lai saglabātu un uzlabotu īpašuma estētiskās īpašības; -veikt pasākumus, lai paaugstinātu efektivitāti pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas organizēšanā; -uzsākt un īstenot projektus, kas nodrošina mājas atbilstību spēkā esošajiem normatīviem un energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas principiem; -apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un Mājas koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu. |
