| Operational objectives |
1. Organizēt biedrības biedru īpašumā esošās dzīvojamās mājas, kas atrodas Martas Rinkas ielā 1 k-2, Rīgā, apsaimniekošanu;
2. pārvaldīt biedrības pārvaldīšanā nodoto dzīvojamo māju, nodrošinot dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības lēmumos uzdoto dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanas darbību izpildi personīgi vai pieaicinot speciālistu; 3. realizēt biedrības biedru vēlmēm atbilstošas visa veida būvniecības un komunikāciju izveides ieceres, tostarp uzsākt un īstenot projektus; 4. biedrības vārdā sniegt juridiskās konsultācijas u. c. speciālistu pakalpojumus biedrības biedra vai biedru vajadzībām vai interesēs, tostarp nolīgt attiecīgos speciālistus un nokārtot pārējās formalitātes, kuras nepieciešamas konkrēto pakalpojumu sniegšanai; 5. veikt citus tehniskos dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības lēmumos noteiktos uzdevumus. |
