nodrošināt tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību; rīkoties ar dzīvojamās mājas uzkrājuma fondu; dzīvojamās mājas Akadēmijas ielā 5A, Vecaucē kopīpašumā esošās teritorijas nodošanu lietošanā, to kontrolēšanu un ienākumu novirzīšanu uzkrājumu fondā; apmierināt citas dzīvojamās mājas īpašnieku vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļa īpašumu un dzīvojamās mājas koplietošanas telpu un teritorijas izmantošanu. |
