Apvienot nekustamā īpašuma Rīgā, Slokas ielā 120C, turpmāk tekstā- Īpašums, dzīvokļu īpašumu īpašniekus, turpmāk tekstā - Dzīvokļu īpašnieki, lai nodrošinātu īpašuma efektīvu un ilgtspējīgu apsaimniekošanu un uzturēšanu Dzīvokļu īpašnieku interesēs;
Pārstāvēt Īpašuma dzīvokļu īpašuma kopību uz pilnvarojuma pamata attiecībās ar trešajām personām jautājumos, kas saistīti ar Īpašuma kopīpašumā esošās daļas pārvaldīšanu, apsaimniekošanu; Izstrādāt priekšlikumus Īpašuma atjaunošanas, remonta, labiekārtošanas darbiem un zemes gabala un/vai koplietošanas telpu izmantošanas iespējām; Veicināt Īpašuma labiekārtošanu un attīstīšanu; Veicināt un atbalstīt Īpašuma attīstības projektu realizēšanu un līdzfinansējuma piesaistīšanu; Sadarboties ar Īpašuma dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopību uzkrājumu fonda līdzekļu uzkrāšanā un izlietošanā saskaņā ar dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības lēmumiem. |
