Pārvaldīt Biedrības valdījumā nodoto dzīvojamo māju un organizēt tās apsaimniekošanu, kas ietver tās pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību, kā arī apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamā nama koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu;
Veicināt dzīvojamās mājas restaurāciju, tās ilgmūžības palielināšanu un energoefektivitātes uzlabošanu; Uzlabot pārvaldījumā esošās dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku sadzīves apstākļus; Izglītot un veicināt dzīvojamās mājas īpašnieku un sabiedrības izpratni par vēsturisku ēku saglabāšanu un restaurāciju. |
