1.dzīvokļu īpašnieku interešu nolūkā pārvaldīt Biedrības valdījumā nodoto dzīvojamo māju un organizēt tās apsaimniekošanu, kas ietver sevī tās pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehniskās ekspluatācijas nodrošināšanu, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību, kā arī apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamā nama koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu;
2.nodrošināt dzīvojamās mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu, veicināt ilgmūžības palielināšanu un energoefektivitātes uzlabošanu. |
