Operational objectives

1. Veicināt dzīvojamās mājas Gaujas ielā 23A, Līgatnē, Cēsu novadā (turpmāk - Dzīvojamā māja) dzīvokļu īpašnieku iesaistīšanos Dzīvojamās mājas kopīpašumā esošās daļas pārvaldīšanā atbilstoši Dzīvojamo māju pārvaldīšanas likuma, Dzīvokļa īpašuma likuma un citu normatīvo tiesību aktu noteiktajā kārtībā;
2. Nodrošināt Dzīvojamās mājas pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu;
3. Nodrošināt Dzīvojamās mājas tehnisko ekspluatāciju, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas kārtību;
4. Nodrošināt Dzīvojamās mājas piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanu;
5. Sekot līdzi Dzīvojamās mājas tehniskajam stāvoklim;
6. Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt Dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku un iedzīvotāju tiesības un intereses jautājumos, kas skar ēkas pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu;
7. Slēgt ar Dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu saistītos līgumus, pārraudzīt pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas plānus, budžetus, tāmes, darbus un procesus;
8. Rīkoties ar Dzīvojamās mājas uzkrājumu fondu;
9. Iesaistīties Dzīvojamās mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā un pieteikties daudzdzīvokļu māju remonta aizdevumiem ALTUM.
