Nodrošināt Dzīvokļu īpašnieku biedrības "Valguma 6" apsaimniekošanā nodoto dzīvojamo ēku Rīgā, Valguma 6:
pienācīgu uzturēšanu un tehnisko ekspluatāciju ēkas koplietošanas telpām, zemesgabalam, uz kura atrodas ēkas; kvalitatīvu ēku apsaimniekošanu un renovācijas darbus; apmierināt citas Dzīvokļu īpašnieku biedrības "Valguma 6" biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvojamo ēku kopīpašumā esošās daļas izmantošanu; pārstāvēt dzīvojamās ēkas dzīvokļu un/vai nedzīvojamo telpu īpašnieku un iedzīvotāju tiesības un intereses jautājumos, kas skar ēkas apsaimniekošanu. |
