| Operational objectives |
1. Veicināt dzīvojamās mājas Gaujas ielā 23, Līgatnē, Cēsu novadā (turpmāk - Dzīvojamā māja) dzīvokļu īpašnieku iesaistīšanos Dzīvojamās mājas kopīpašumā esošās daļas pārvaldīšanā atbilstoši Dzīvojamo māju pārvaldīšanas likuma, Dzīvokļa īpašuma likuma un citu normatīvo tiesību aktu noteiktajā kārtībā;
2. nodrošināt Dzīvojamās mājas pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu; 3. nodrošināt Dzīvojamās mājas tehnisko ekspluatāciju, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas kārtību; 4. nodrošināt Dzīvojamās mājas piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanu; 5. sekot līdzi Dzīvojamās mājas tehniskajam stāvoklim; 6. aizsargāt un aizstāvēt Dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku un iedzīvotāju tiesības un intereses jautājumos, kas skar ēkas pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu; 7. slēgt ar Dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu saistītos līgumus, pārraudzīt pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas plānus, budžetus, tāmes, darbus un procesus; 8. rīkoties ar Dzīvojamās mājas uzkrājumu fondu; 9. iesaistīties Dzīvojamās mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā un pieteikties daudzdzīvokļu māju remonta aizdevumiem ALTUM; 10. veikt dzīvojamās mājas pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas funkcijas. |
