1. apvienot daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās ēkas "Saktas", Jaunpilī, Jaunpils pagastā, Tukuma novadā dzīvokļu īpašniekus un pārstāvēt viņu intereses nolūkā nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās ēkas "Saktas", Jaunpilī, Jaunpils pagastā, Tukuma novadā koplietošanas telpu, zemes gabala, uz kura atrodas ēkas (tālāk tekstā - daudzdzīvokļu ēka), labu pārvaldīšanu, pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu;
2. nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu ēkas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā ekspluatācijas laikā; 3. veicināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās ēkas "Saktas" iedzīvotāju un citu kopienas iedzīvotāju sadarbību, organizējot kopējus pasākumus. |
