Apvienot daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo ēku Kristapa ielā 26, Rīgā, dzīvokļu īpašniekus un pārstāvēt viņu intereses nolūkā nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo ēku Kristapa ielā 26 koplietošanas telpu, zemes gabala, uz kura atrodas ēkas (tālāk tekstā - daudzdzīvokļu ēkas), labu pārvaldīšanu, pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu; Veikt piegādātāju (būvkomersanta, autoruzrauga, būvuzrauga vai citu piegādātāju) un projekta finansētāja/aizdevēja atlasi daudzdzīvokļu mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā. Ar dzīvokļu īpašnieku Kristapa iela 26, Rīgā, lēmumu uzņemties pilnvarnieka pienākumus un tiesības rīkoties dzīvokļu īpašnieku vārdā, jautājumos, kas saistīti ar ēkas renovāciju un energoefektivitātes pasākumu ieviešanu. Piedalīties un realizēt citus Eiropas Savienības, nacionālos, pašvaldības līdzfinansētos projektus daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai energoefektivitātes pasākumu ietvaros un daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai, ja daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamā māja, tās daļa, atsevišķu tehnisko sistēmu vai elementu stāvoklis normatīvajos aktos noteiktajā kārtībā atzīts par bīstamu cilvēku dzīvībai vai veselībai. Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt biedrības biedru tiesības un intereses. |
