| Operational objectives | Izvērtēt un pieņemt lēmumu/us par daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas turpmāko attīstību un kapitālieguldījumiem, dalību projektu konkursos ar mērķi saņemt līdzfinansējumu attīstības projektu īstenošanai no valsts, pašvaldības, Eiropas Savienības vai citām institūcijām, kā arī nodrošināt noslēgtā pārvaldīšanas līguma, kas noslēgts ar daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas Ciemupes ielā 2, Rīgā, LV-1024 dzīvokļu īpašniekiem un pārvaldnieku, izpildes uzraudzību. Pārvaldīšanas līguma uzraudzības mērķis ir nodrošināt, ka, atbilstoši noslēgtajam līgumam, tiek veikta daudzdzīvokļu mājas pienācīga, normatīvajos aktos noteiktajā kārtībā, uzturēšana, tehniskā ekspluatācija, dzīvojamo (neapdzīvojamo) un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un zemesgabala, uz kura atrodas daudzdzīvokļu māja, uzturēšana. | ||||||
