Piedalīties un realizēt projektu daudzdzīvokļu mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā adresē: Aizupes ielā 3, Ozolniekos, Ozolnieku pagastā, Jelgavas novadā;
Veikt piegādātāju (būvkomersanta, autouzrauga, būvuzrauga vai citu piegādātāju) un projekta finansētāja/aizdevēja atlasi daudzdzīvokļu mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā; Ar dzīvokļu īpašnieku Aizupes ielā 3, Ozolniekos, Ozolnieku pagastā, Jelgavas novadā lēmumu uzņemties pilnvarnieka pienākumus un tiesības rīkoties dzīvokļu īpašnieku vārdā; Piedalīties un realizēt citus Eiropas Savienības, nacionālos, pašvaldības līdzfinansētos projektus daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai energoefektivitātes pasākumu ietvaros un/vai daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai, ja daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamā māja, tās daļa, atsevišķu tehnisko sistēmu vai elementu stāvoklis normatīvajos aktos noteiktajā kārtībā atzīts par bīstamu cilvēku dzīvībai vai veselībai; Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt biedrības biedru tiesības un intereses. |
