| Operational objectives |
1.Apvienot daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas Dobeles novads, Jaunbērzes pagasts, Ceriņu iela 1 (turpmāk - Ēka) dzīvokļu īpašniekus, pārstāvēt viņu intereses nolūkā nodrošināt Ēkas un tai pieguļošā zemes gabala labu pārvaldīšanu, apsaimniekošanu un uzturēšanu, tādējādi sekmējot Ēkas dzīvokļu īpašnieku un iedzīvotāju augstas dzīves kvalitātes līmeni;
2.Atbilstoši dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības uzdevumam izstrādāt un īstenot dzīvojamās mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas un uzlabošanas projektus, tajā skaitā veikt visas nepieciešamās darbības, parakstīt visus nepieciešamos dokumentus projekta īstenošanas nodrošināšanai un pārstāvēt dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopību piesakoties citu institūciju finansējumam. |
