Veicināt un popularizēt visa veida aktīvu, veselīgu un dabai draudzīgu dzīves veidu;
attīstīt un popularizēt aktīvu dzīves veidu Madonas novadā, Vidzemē un Latvijā;
apvienot biedrus, kuriem ir svarīgs aktīvs dzīves veids;
atbalstīt bērnu, jauniešu iesaisti aktīva dzīves veida aktivitātēs;
atbalstīt biedrus, kuriem mērķis ir augsti sasniegumi aktīva dzīves veida pasākumos;
organizēt aktīva dzīves veida pasākumus vai sniegt pakalpojumus citiem pasākumu
organizatoriem;
Organizēt izglītojošos pasākumus seminārus, treniņu nometnes.
