| Operational objectives |
Organizēt un nodrošināt Biedrības pārvaldīšanā un/vai apsaimniekošanā nodotā nekustamā īpašuma "Ciema padome", Lēdurga, Lēdurgas pagasts, Siguldas novads, LV-4012 (turpmāk - Ēka), pārvaldīšanu, apsaimniekošanu un labiekārtošanu;
Nodrošināt pienācīgu Ēkas uzturēšanu, tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību, kā arī apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar Ēkas dzīvokļu, koplietošanas telpu un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanu un izmantošanu; Slēgt pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas līgumus, pārraudzīt un kontrolēt šo līgumu ievērošanu, sagatavot pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas plānus, budžetus, tāmes, darbus un procesu, lai nodrošinātu augstu dzīves kvalitātes līmeni Ēkā; Aizsargāt un pārstāvēt Biedrības biedru intereses visos jautājumos, kas saistīti ar Ēkas pārvaldīšanu, apsaimniekošanu un labiekārtošanu. |
