| Operational objectives |
1. Apvienot fiziskās un juridiskās personas, kuru darbības mērķi ir vērsti uz ugunsdrošības, ugunsdzēsības un drošības un glābšanas uz ūdens attīstību;
2. izveidot materiāli tehnisko bāzi un infrastruktūru Biedrības mērķu sasniegšanai; 3. apsekot apkārtnē esošo infrastruktūru un izveidot plānu pēc kura varētu vadīties ugunsdzēšanas un glābšanas darbos iesaistītie dienesti; 4. plānot un īstenot sadarbību ar novada pašvaldību un tās pilsētu un pagastu pārvaldēm infrastruktūras un materiāli tehniskās bāzes uzlabošanai; 5. plānot un īstenot sadarbību ar Valsts ugunsdzēsības un glābšanas dienestu avārijas situāciju novēršanā; 6. organizēt apmācības un praktisko iemaņu pilnveidošanu brīvprātīgo ugunsdzēsēju un glābšanas komandām; 7. organizēt brīvprātīgo ugunsdzēsēju un glābēju komandu darbību ugunsgrēku dzēšanas un glābšanas darbos; 8. informēt un apmācīt iedzīvotājus ugunsdrošības, civilās aizsardzības un drošības uz ūdens jautājumos; 9. organizēt bērnu un jauniešu izglītojošus pasākumus ugunsdrošības un drošības uz ūdens jautājumos; 10. iesaistīt jauniešus sporta un pilnvērtīga brīvā laika pavadīšanas aktivitātēs, tādējādi piesaistot un papildinot brīvprātīgo ugunsdzēsēju rindas; 11. organizēt aktīvās atpūtas pasākumus un veicināt ugunsdzēsības sporta attīstību; 12. veikt profilaktiskos un organizatoriskos pasākumus ugunsgrēku un nelaimes gadījumu novēršanai publiskajā telpā, sabiedriskajās ēkās, ražotnēs un dzīvojamā sektorā; 13. piesaistīt valsts, pašvaldību, Eiropas Savienības finansējumu, kā arī fizisku un juridisku personu ziedojumus brīvprātīgo ugunsdzēsēju un glābšanas komandu uzturēšanai, tehnikas un aprīkojuma iegādei; 14. sabiedrības drošumspējas stiprināšana. |
