Nodrošināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas, kas atrodas Valmieras novads, Brenguļu pagasts, Brenguļi, "Ausekļi" (turpmāk - Māja) ēku, koplietošanas telpu un Mājai piederīgā zemesgabala apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopību jautājumos, kas saistīti ar Mājas kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu;
Veicināt Mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā un šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanu saistītās darbības; Sekmēt efektīvu saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar Mājas apsaimniekošanu un pārvaldīšanu, atbilstošo Mājas dzīvokļu īpašnieku kopības kolektīvajām interesēm. |
