apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru un nekustamā īpašuma īpašnieku vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamās mājas kopīpašuma uzturēšanu, izmantošanu un uzlabošanu; slēgt ar daudzdzīvokļu ēkas renovācijas, pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu saistītos līgumus, pārraudzīt pārvaldīšanas un apsaimniekošanas plānus, budžetus, tāmes, darbus un procesus; rīkoties ar daudzdzīvokļu ēkas uzkrājumu fondu, mājas interesēs; aizsargāt un aizstāvēt daudzdzīvokļu ēkas dzīvokļu īpašnieku un iedzīvotāju tiesības un intereses jautājumos, kas skar ēkas pienācīgu uzturēšanu un apsaimniekošanu. |
