Veikt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās ēkas, turpmāk tekstā „Dzīvojamā ēka”, Rīgā, Matīsa ielā 82A, pārvaldīšanu.
Piedalīties un realizēt Eiropas Savienības, nacionālos, pašvaldības līdzfinansētos projektus Dzīvojamās ēkas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai energoefektivitātes pasākumu ietvaros un Dzīvojamās ēkas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai, ja Dzīvojamā ēka, tās daļa, atsevišķu tehnisko sistēmu vai elementu stāvoklis normatīvajos aktos noteiktajā kārtībā atzīts par bīstamu cilvēku dzīvībai vai veselībai. Veicināt Dzīvojamās ēkas efektīvu pārvaldīšanu, nodrošinot Dzīvojamās ēkas dzīvokļu īpašnieku interešu pārstāvību, kas ir saistītas ar dzīvokļu un koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu. Lemt visus jautājumus, kuri ir saistīti ar Dzīvojamās ēkas kopīpašumā esošās daļas pārvaldīšanu un apsaimniekošanu, tajā skaitā par apsaimniekošanas līguma noslēgšanu ar trešajām personām. |
