Nodrošināt nekustamā īpašuma Rīgā, Brīvības ielā 38 koplietošanas telpu un piesaistītā zemesgabala apsaimniekošanu, labiekārtošanu un pienācīgu uzturēšanu, atbilstoši normatīvo aktu prasībām, kā arī pārstāvēt dzīvokļu un nedzīvojamo telpu īpašniekus jautājumos, kas saistīti ar minēto māju kopīpašuma pārvaldīšanu.
Veicināt augstākminētās mājas uzlabošanu un attīstīšanu visā tās ekspluatācijas laikā un šim nolūkam nepieciešamo pasākumu ilgtermiņa plāna sagatavošanu saistītās darbības. Sekmēt efektīvu saimniecisko darbību un veikt citas darbības, kas saistītas ar mājas pārvaldīšanu, atbilstoši dzīvojamās mājas dzīvokļu un nedzīvojamo telpu īpašnieku gribai. |
