| Operational objectives |
1. Veicināt un palielināt Valmieras novada un Latvijas iedzīvotāju interesi par tenisu, vispārējo fizisko sagatavotību, sportu kopumā;
2. veidot iedzīvotāju sapratni par tenisa spēli, tradīcijām, noteikumiem; 3. palielināt iedzīvotāju, kas nodarbojas ar tenisu un sportu kopumā, skaitu; 4. nodrošināt iespējas bērniem un jauniešiem iesaistīties regulārās tenisa nodarbībās, veicinot veselīgu un kustīgu dzīvesveidu; 5. atbalstīt sporta veterānus; 6. organizēt, rīkot un atbalstīt veselību, aktīvo atpūtu un slimību profilaksi veicinošus sporta pasākumus - koptreniņus, sacensības, u.tml.; 7. organizēt izglītojošus pasākumus, tikšanās ar sportistiem un lekcijas, vērstas uz veselīga un kustīga dzīvesveida popularizēšanu sabiedrībā; 8. veicināt tenisa attīstību Latvijā; 9. izveidot sadarbības sistēmu ar radniecīgām organizācijām, lai koordinētu un saskaņotu tenisa attīstību Latvijā; 10. pārstāvēt tenisa intereses sporta organizācijās un apvienībās; 11. apvienot citu sacensību organizatorus, veicinot komunikāciju to starpā un pārstāvot to intereses citās organizācijās; 12. veicināt starptautisku sadarbību ar radniecīgajām organizācijām Eiropā un pasaulē; 13. nodrošināt biedrības biedriem un citām personām iespēju piedalīties sacensībās Latvijā un ārvalstīs; 14. veicināt tenisa un sporta dzīves attīstību reģionā, rīkojot tenisa sacensības un citus pasākumus sadarbībā ar pašvaldību un citām organizācijām; 15. apsaimniekot un attīstīt tenisa kortus un ar tiem saistīto infrastruktūru. |
