Dzīvojamās mājas Rīgas ielā 41, Iecavā, Bauskas novadā, turpmāk tekstā - Dzīvojamā ēka, apsaimniekošana, nodrošinot Dzīvojamās ēkas attīstību, pārvaldību, apsaimniekošanu, energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu un teritorijas labiekārtošanu.
Apvienot dzīvojamās ēkas Rīgas ielā 41, Iecavā, Bauskas novadā, dzīvokļu īpašniekus sava kopīpašuma apsaimniekošanai, nodrošinot Dzīvojamās ēkas attīstību, pārvaldību, apsaimniekošanu, energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu un teritorijas labiekārtošanu. Nodrošināt biedrības pārvaldīšanā nodotās Dzīvojamās ēkas pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas, un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību. Mērķa sasniegšanai pārstāvēt biedrības pārvaldīšanā nodotās Dzīvojamās ēkas dzīvokļu īpašnieku tiesības, piedaloties un sniedzot pieteikumus dažādos projektos, sadarbojoties ar dažādām organizācijām Latvijā. |
