Nodrošināt dzīvojamās mājas Rīgā, Krišjāņa Valdemāra ielā 77 lit.2 pienācīgu apsaimniekošanu un uzturēšanu;
Apmierināt citas biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu, koplietošanas telpu un piemājas zemes izmantošanu; Organizēt un uzraudzīt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās ēkas Kr.Valdemāra 77 lit.2, Rīgā, (turpmāk - Māja), renovācijas, atjaunošanas un siltināšanas pasākumus; Plānot, organizēt un realizēt Mājas renovācijas, atjaunošanas un siltināšanas pasākumus, iespēju robežās piesaistot dažādu veidu valsts, pašvaldību, Eiropas Savienības struktūrfondu līdzfinansējumu, kā arī saņemot papildus finanšu līdzekļus kreditējoties kredītiestādēs; Nodrošināt finansiālo disciplīnu, tai skaitā uzkrājumu un rezervju fonda veidošanu ilgtermiņa remontiem, neparedzētiem izdevumiem un mājas attīstībai. |
