Operational objectives

Pārstāvēt un aizstāvēt VAK arodbiedrības biedru un darbinieku darba, sociālās, ekonomiskās un profesionālās tiesības un intereses attiecībās ar darba devēju;
Veicināt sociālo dialogu ar darba devēju (VSIA “Valsts Akadēmiskais koris “Latvija””), citām iestādēm un organizācijām;
Veicināt kora mākslinieku radošo un profesionālo izaugsmi;
Neierobežoti paust un aizstāvēt savu viedokli un priekšlikumus, uzņemties iniciatīvu un atbildību izteikto priekšlikumu realizēšanā;
Iesniegt priekšlikumus arodbiedrības darbības uzlabošanai;
Nodrošināt drošu un taisnīgu vidi un veicināt darbinieku labbūtību.
