Operational objectives 1. Piedalīties un realizēt projektus daudzdzīvokļu mājās energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā adresē: Pētera iela 10, Jelgava.
2. Veikt piegādātāju (būvkomersanta, autoruzrauga, būvuzrauga vai citu piegādātāju) un projekta finansētāja/aizdevēja atlasi.
3. Ar dzīvokļa īpašnieku lēmumu uzņemties pilnvarnieka pienākumus un tiesības rīkoties dzīvokļu īpašnieku vārdā.
