Operational objectives Nodrošināt Biedrības pārvaldīšanā un/vai apsaimniekošanā nodoto dzīvojamo namu pienācīgu uzturēšanu, tehniskās ekspluatācijas, dzīvojamo un koplietošanas telpu lietošanas un piemājas teritorijas uzturēšanas kārtību, kā arī apmierināt citas Biedrības biedru vajadzības, kas saistītas ar dzīvokļu un dzīvojamā nama koplietošanas telpu izmantošanu;
