Operational objectives Sadarbojoties dažādu nozaru speciālistiem un organizācijām, sniegt atbalstu un palīdzību, nodrošinot sociālo aprūpi, sociālpsiholoģisko rehabilitāciju un cita veida pakalpojumus bāreņiem, bez vecāku gādības un aprūpes palikušiem bērniem, bērniem, sievietēm un ģimenēm krīzes situācijā.
Veicināt alternatīvās bērnu ārpus ģimenes aprūpes formas attīstību- bērnu aprūpi audžu ģimenēs, aizbildniecībā un adopcijā. Nodrošināt atbalstu audžu ģimenēm, aizbildņiem un adoptētajiem, kā arī bērniem, kas atrodas ārpus ģimenes aprūpē.
Darboties kā izglītības un atbalsta centram bērnu un ģimeņu labklājības veicināšanai, nodrošinot attīstošas, informatīvas un preventīvas programmas.
Sniegt stacionārus un ambulatorus rehabilitācijas pakalpojumus bērniem, sievietēm un ģimenēm krīzes situācijā un augsta sociālā riska situācijā.
Izstrādāt un organizēt apmācību programmas.
Piedalīties dažādas programmās, projektos un organizāciju darbībā, kuru mērķi atbilst biedrības statūtu mērķiem.
Kalpot par modeli līdzīgām organizācijām bērnu aprūpes un attīstības jomā, sociālajā pedagoģijā, izglītībā un menedžmentā saskaņā ar Latvijas kultūru un Latvijas republikas spēkā esošajai likumdošanai.
