Operational objectives

Aizstāvēt cilvēku ar invaliditāti un pensijas vecuma cilvēku tiesības un likumīgas intereses;
veidot nepieciešamo atbalsta sistēmu, lai nodrošinātu ikvienam cilvēkam ar invaliditāti un pensijas vecuma cilvēkam dzīves kvalitātes nemazināšanos, kuri sava vecuma vai savu funkcionālo traucējumu dēļ to nevar nodrošināt paši ar saviem spēkiem;
sniegt cilvēkiem ar invaliditāti un pensijas vecuma cilvēkiem sociālos pakalpojumus, sociālo aprūpi un sociālo rehabilitāciju
