Veikt dzīvokļu mājas "Pionieri 1", Ķesterciemā, Engures pagastā, Tukuma novadā apsaimniekošanu, saimniecisko sakārtošanu un attīstību.
Veicināt pakāpenisku mājas un pagalma labiekārtošanu, remontēšanu un uzturēšanu. Panākt drošību mājas iedzīvotājiem, kopējam un individuālajam īpašumam. Organizēt labdarības pasākumus iesaistot brīvprātīgos. Sadarboties ar pašvaldību, privātpersonām un citām līdzīgām biedrībām valstī un ārpus tās. Pārstāvēt un aizstāvēt savu biedru intereses pašvaldības un valsts līmenī. |
