1. Piedalīties un realizēt projektus daudzdzīvokļu mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā adresē: Zemaišu 1-k2, Rīgā.
2. Veikt piegādātāju (būvkomersanta, autoruzrauga, būvuzrauga vai citu piegādātāju) un projekta finansētāja/aizdevēja atlasi daudzdzīvokļu mājas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas programmā. 3. Ar dzīvokļu īpašnieku Zemaišu 1-k2, Rīgā lēmumu uzņemties pilnvarnieka pienākumus un tiesības rīkoties dzīvokļu īpašnieku vārdā. 4. Piedalīties un realizēt citus Eiropas Savienības, nacionālos, pašvaldības līdzfinansētos vai par dzaudzdzīvokļu mājas uzkrātajiem finanšu līdzekļiem īstenojamos projektus daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamās mājas atjaunošanas darbu veikšanai, tai skaitā energoefektivitātes pasākumu ietvaros. 5. Aizsargāt un aizstāvēt biedrības biedru tiesības un intereses. |
